About the Role

As a Technical Consultant, you will bring your expertise to innovative projects, contributing to security-critical tasks within the Bundeswehr and NATO environments. You will advise our clients on designing IT systems and support the technical implementation with a team of experts.

Your responsibilities include gathering technical requirements, creating and updating system concepts, planning and documenting implementations, and verifying system functionalities. You will evaluate new products and technologies, potentially lead complex IT projects, and ensure thorough documentation and quality assurance.

Qualifications

• Completed studies in Informatics, Business Informatics, or similar, or equivalent training.
• Knowledge of virtualization solutions (VMware, Microsoft Hyper-V), networking technologies (Switching, Routing, Firewalls).
• Experience with Windows Server and various Linux distributions.
• Preferably experience in defense projects or interest in security-critical fields.
• Certifications are a plus, with development support available.
• Analytical thinking, structured working style, independence, and teamwork skills.
• Fluent in German and good English skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
