Technical Customer Service Employee (m/f/d)

With flexible working hours of 40 hours per week full time

Barthauer Software GmbH develops software solutions for above-ground and underground infrastructure. Our large customer base consists of engineering offices, special-purpose associations, municipal service providers and companies, public utilities, as well as industrial companies and airports. To support our customer service team, we are looking for a communicative and IT-savvy employee (m/f/d) at our Braunschweig location.

Responsibilities

1. Receiving and recording all IT and program-related customer enquiries
2. Analyzing and tracking customer inquiries and developing practical solutions
3. Carrying out installations and commissioning of Barthauer products for our customers
4. Documentation of your solutions in our customer portals

Qualifications

1. Completed training or further training in an IT-related field and ideally initial knowledge of a database management system (SQL Server/Oracle)
2. High IT affinity and a good technical understanding
3. Very good communication skills and enjoyment of customer contact as well as a team-oriented way of working
4. Resourcefulness in solving technical-analytical tasks, curiosity, and quick acquisition of new know-how
5. Good written and spoken German and English skills
