Technical Editor (m/f/d)

Are you a specialist in the creation of software documentation?

Your responsibilities

• Creation and maintenance of user and system documentation for our software products
• Development of documentation structures with the help of Confluence
• Managing the glossary and terminology of our standard WINPACCS software and coordinating translation projects with external service providers

Your profile

• Completed studies in the field of technical documentation or a comparable qualification
• Very good knowledge of German and English, knowledge of French is an advantage
• Technical understanding and the ability to explain complex relationships in an understandable way
• Experience with software documentation tools and methods (HTML, word processing) and ideally with Confluence
• Reliability and an independent and structured way of working
• Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
• Experience in the field of video production desirable
