Our goal is to make real progress visible, comparable, and trusted — and to help build companies that matter, for people and planet, by designing systems that reward contribution, responsibility, and momentum.

To build this properly, we’re looking for a co‑founder who doesn’t just design systems — but builds them.

Context

Pioneers Club was built by a strong operational, non‑technical core team, supported by a CTO who helped stabilize the platform, resolve security topics, and lay a solid technical foundation.

We’re now entering the next phase — and are looking for someone to own product and tech end‑to‑end.

Not just to design architectures, but to turn them into shipped systems.

What We’re Building

Pioneers Club makes real early-stage progress visible — before funding, hype, or pitch decks.

We’re pre‑revenue but already live:

• 60+ startups and 60+ mentors in the first League
• Next Leagues launching end of Feb 2025, with 100+ startups planned
• A live platform with real usage, feedback, and visible progress loops

Who We’re Looking For

A builder‑first CTO who:

• writes production code and ships fast
• thinks in systems, incentives, and feedback loops
• understands early users and traction dynamics
• is comfortable wearing multiple hats
• cares about long‑term impact over short‑term hype

This is not a pure architecture or advisory role.

What You’ll Do

• Build and evolve the product hands‑on
• Own architecture and implementation
• Turn founder and community needs into working systems
• Ship the execution engine behind Leagues and Challenges
• Scale the product without losing its culture

You’ll have the opportunity to live and build with the Pioneers Club team at our Hacker Houses in Neumarkt, part of the Makers Home Builder Campus.

• Equity‑based only (no salary)
