Aufgaben

• Lead and coordinate a team of developers and testers, including planning, progress tracking and release management
• Drive technical architecture decisions and contribute to the development of cross‑platform applications (C++, Python, Qt, Node.js, modern web technologies)
• Act as the central technical contact for product teams, field engineering and internal stakeholders
• Oversee integrations, backend services, Kubernetes‑based infrastructure and secure deployment workflows
• Provide technical guidance, mentoring and support in implementing best practices and quality standards

Profil

• A university degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a related technical field
• Several years of professional experience in software development with strong skills in C++, Python and contemporary web technologies
• Experience in leading development teams and collaborating across cross‑functional technical environments
• Practical knowledge of Kubernetes, Linux administration, CI/CD pipelines and Git workflows
• Solid understanding of computer vision, deep learning frameworks and large model concepts, including experience building and deploying AI/ML models
• A structured, reliable and hands‑on working style
