Tasks

• Responsibility for the creation of concepts for systems and subsystems
• Responsible for carrying out technical management as part of proposal processing and system development
• Responsibility for carrying out requirements analysis and management
• Responsibility for the creation of specifications
• Responsibility for carrying out system integration and error detection
• Responsibility for carrying out system tests
• Responsible for creating quantity structures and schedules
• Responsible for conducting technical proposal presentations at customer sites
• Responsible for negotiating technical content with customers, partners and suppliers
• Technical management of the technical development team
• Responsible for the definition, planning and control of work packages (IST/SOLL)
• Responsible for the coordination and creation of key system documents
• Responsible for carrying out technical reviews and audits
• Responsible for the implementation of technical risk management/claim management
• Responsible for representing the project internally and externally
• Responsible for monitoring the degree of progress and outflow of funds
• Responsible for the preparation of technical decision documents (e.g. make or buy)
• Responsible for the creation of test concepts and documents
• Responsible for planning and carrying out internal and external acceptance tests
• Responsible for planning and coordinating system qualification with external bodies (e.g. environment, EMC, functional safety)
• Responsible for managing suppliers and subcontractors
• Responsible for reporting and presentation of development results in project status meetings

Requirements

• Completed technical studies
• Several years of professional experience in a technical department
• Must have experience in system engineering, requirements management, requirements engineering.
• A good Doors experience
• Experience in the technical management of projects
• High intercultural competence
• Business fluent in English and German (written and spoken), especially technical English
• Willingness to travel worldwide
