Technical Marketing Manager - Personal Care Ingredients

Mackenzie Stuart are currently partnered with a leading supplier of natural functional ingredients for the cosmetic industry searching for Technical Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities

• Within the international Personal Care team, you collaborate to the development and the implementation of the marketing strategy
• In close cooperation with our Research, Application and Sales departments, you emphasize Unique Selling Points, Ingredient positioning and recommend sales strategies
• You train and support our sales managers and distributors in knowing, using or marketing the product portfolio

Qualifications

• You have sales or marketing experience with a technical background, preferably a university degree in cosmetic sciences, formulation, biology, chemistry or related fields.
• Ideally, you have professional experience in the marketing of ingredients and passion for raw materials in the personal care industry.
• Readiness for occasional business trips (less than 20%)
• Based within close proximity to Hamburg
