Job Responsibilities
- Conduct regular pre‑sales activities with potential customers and/or business partners, presenting technical materials of DRAM products, including core technical parameters such as storage density, read/write speed, power consumption control, and compatibility.
- Assist potential customers in understanding the technical capabilities and differentiation advantages of GigaDevice’s DRAM products, such as their adaptability in scenarios like servers, PCs, consumer electronics (smartphones, tablets), and industrial control equipment. Guide customers to select suitable DRAM product models based on their actual application needs.
- Conduct benchmark testing and comparative analysis on DRAM products of regional competitors, focusing on dimensions such as storage performance, stability, cost advantages, and supply chain security capabilities. Develop region‑specific promotional materials with precise positioning based on the technical characteristics of GigaDevice’s DRAM products.
- Create technical marketing presentations, whitepapers, datasheets (including electrical characteristics, timing parameters, and packaging specifications), press releases, and other marketing materials for DRAM products, highlighting the technical value of the products in different application scenarios.
- Develop various DRAM‑related technical content such as product function demonstration plans, technical explanation videos, industry application seminars, product usage tutorials, technical whitepapers, conference presentation materials, and webinars to enhance customers’ technical understanding of the products.
- Collaborate with the application engineering team to develop DRAM solutions that meet the needs of regional customers, such as reference designs for specific devices, performance testing plans, and product certification support.
- Collect and organize intelligence on regional market demands for DRAM products through customer meetings and communication interactions, providing timely feedback to product marketing and management teams to support product iteration and market strategy optimization.
Work Hours & Benefits

Skills and qualifications
- Bachelor/Master in Electrical or Computer Engineering with 5+ years of relevant experience
- Technical understanding of DRAM products is a must
- Working knowledge of embedded design and electronic solutions
- Must be comfortable preparing written documentation, presenting technical marketing materials on a regular basis
