About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to help design and build the next generation of AI-driven, agentic automation products at Otera.

This role is central to our evolution from workflow orchestration toward fully agentic systems—AI agents capable of reasoning, acting, and continuously optimizing outcomes in complex, enterprise-grade environments.

You will own a critical product domain focused on AI agents, agentic workflows, and the foundations that make them scalable, reliable, and measurable in production. This is a deeply technical product role, designed for someone who thrives in complexity, demands clarity, and uses data and structure to turn ambitious goals into shipped impact.

This is not a people‑management or tech‑lead role. Your leverage comes from product clarity, prioritization discipline, and technical understanding, not from managing engineers directly.

Key Responsibilities

Product Ownership & Discovery

• Own the product roadmap, backlog, and prioritization for your domain
• Lead discovery efforts, including problem framing, solution exploration, and feasibility assessment
• Define MVP scopes and iteration paths with a strong enterprise and scalability mindset
• Produce high-quality PRDs and structured specifications that engineers can execute against confidently

Agentic & AIyorum-Driven Product Development

• Drive the design and evolution of AI agents, agentic workflows, and their configuration and control mechanisms
• Translate AI capabilities (LLMs, ML, confidence, evaluation, control loops) into concrete, usable product features
• Engage in technical discussions on architecture and tradeoffs at a product‑decision level
• Ensure solutions are designed for enterprise scalability, reliability, and measurable business impact

Execution Enablement

• Ensure initiatives entering development are well‑scoped, well‑prioritized, and technically coherent
• Support backlog grooming and initiative planning within your domain to improve delivery predictability
• Surface risks, dependencies, and open questions early to avoid late‑stage surprises

Customer, GTM & Internal Collaboration

• Engage with Sales, Solution Delivery, and Customer Success to capture enterprise requirements and feedback
• Push back constructively on customer‑driven scope when misaligned with platform strategy or scalability
• Participate in customer calls, internal product reviews, demos, and product events
• Contribute to structuredutzutage product processes including reviews, showcases, and release preparation

About You

Must‑Have

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Product Management or equivalent roles
• Strong technical foundation (software engineering, computer science, or similar background)
• Proven ability to turn high‑level business objectives into a prioritized product roadmap and clear, trackable goals
• Hands‑on exposure to AI‑driven enterprise products, agentic systems
• Familiarity with workflow automation tools and frameworks such as n8n, Agno, or similar
• Strong understanding of APIs, distributed systems, and platform architectures
• Ability to discuss ML / LLM tradeoffs at a product and system‑design level
• Excellent written communication and requirements documentation skills
• Strong command of agile product delivery practices (backlog management, refinement, forecasting, metrics)
• Demonstr Hud effectiveness in fastolónd‑paced, high‑stakes, and complex delivery environments

Strong Plus

• Experience working in remote‑first setups with multi‑lingual, multi‑cultural teams across time zones
• Demonstrable experience building or designing AI agents or agent‑based workflows
• Prior exposure to confidence scoring, evaluation loops, HITL/BITL, or control interfaces
• Working knowledge of Python and TypeScript, sufficient to understand system behavior and constraints
• You can navigate vague provocar or unmeasured goals and naturally push to clarify what success looks like before committing
