Technical Project Engineer (BMS)

We’re recruiting a Technical Project Engineer for a German Battery Management Systems (BMS) company that has recently secured Series A funding and is rapidly expanding. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a fast-growing, innovative company shaping the future of energy storage and electrification.

Role Summary

As a Technical Project Engineer, you’ll take ownership of technical projects from planning through to delivery, ensuring high-quality solutions are delivered on time. You’ll work closely with R&D, production, and quality teams to drive innovation in battery management systems, helping the company scale efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage technical projects, coordinating across internal teams and stakeholders
• Define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Support product development by providing technical guidance and solving engineering challenges
• Collaborate with international teams to implement scalable solutions
• Monitor project progress, report risks, and implement solutions to ensure successful delivery

What We’re Looking For

• Strong technical engineering background (mechanical, electrical, or related field)
• Proven project management experience in a technical environment
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Passion for clean energy, innovation, and high-growth environments
• Experience in battery systems, energy storage, or automotive electrification is a plus.
• Fluent in German and English.
