As a Technical Project Lead, you will oversee end-to-end technical delivery for Packet Core projects, working closely with Project Managers, R&D teams, and stakeholders. You will define strategies for software implementation, manage technical risks, and ensure compliance with customer and internal standards. ✅ Key Responsibilities

• ✓ Create and manage Packet Core project delivery schedules
• ✓ Support Project Manager in resource planning and project scheduling
• ✓ Define resource requirements and align with internal teams
• ✓ Initiate, create, and deliver technical documents per customer and internal standards
• ✓ Deliver Packet Core design documents and ensure technical scope completion
• ✓ Oversee deployment, integration, upgrades, acceptance testing, and performance evaluation
• ✓ Consult stakeholders on all Packet Core technical matters
• ✓ Define software implementation strategies and manage dependencies
• ✓ Coordinate with R&D for new feature development requests
• ✓ Manage technical risks and implement efficiency tools, including automation
• ✓ Lead and coordinate the technical team, assigning tasks and monitoring execution
• ✓ Conduct regular technical meetings and provide status reports
• ✓ Ensure quality across all technical processes and procedures
