Technical Project Planner – Immersive Show Installations

Your Impact

As a Technical Project Planner, you will design, coordinate, and oversee projection-based installations from concept to execution. You will evaluate venue conditions, determine equipment needs, create technical plans, and ensure all systems function flawlessly.

You will work closely with office staff (contracts, schedules, and client hospitality), workshop technicians (preparing and repairing equipment), and on-site installers (handling physical setup and troubleshooting). Even if you are not on-site, you will guide the team, prevent technical issues, and ensure smooth project execution.

This role requires both independence and collaboration. You will take ownership of tasks, communicate clearly, and maintain high standards across all projects, while being part of a supportive team that wants you to succeed.

Your profile

• Experience in technical project planning, AV integration, event technology, or installation design
• Strong understanding of projection-based AV systems, including planning considerations, alignment, and mounting methods
• Familiarity with media playback or control systems, or the ability to learn new platforms quickly
• Working knowledge of signal flow and basic system integration across video, power, network, and occasional audio
• Ability to interpret and produce technical documentation, layouts, and plans
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects and priorities
• Clear, collaborative communicator able to work effectively with technical and creative teams
• Professional command of English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
