We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our team and contribute to the growth of Glenair in Bulgaria. The Sales Engineer will play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, identifying business opportunities, and promoting Glenairs comprehensive range of interconnect solutions direct in Netherlands .

Your Tasks and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential customers
• Understand customer needs and requirements, providing effective solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory
• Achieve sales targets and objectives by actively promoting Glenairs products and services
• Collaborate with sales management to create and implement effective sales strategies
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers, demonstrating a deep understanding of our products
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends
• Keep management informed about market conditions, competitor activities, and customer feedback
• Work closely with internal teams, including engineering, marketing, and customer support, to ensure seamless communication and cooperation

How to convince us

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the interconnect solutions or the electronic/ electromechanical industry
• Technical acumen, ability to understand and communicate complex technical information
• Fluent in Dutch and English, knowledge in German is a plus
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
