What You’ll Do

As a Technical Sales Engineer/Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind connecting breakthrough photonic technologies with real-world applications. Your role will include:

  • Generating and qualifying leads, managing the sales funnel, and closing deals
  • Identifying new business opportunities while strengthening existing relationships
  • Creating marketing materials—application notes, datasheets, pitch decks
  • Representing the company at global trade shows, conferences, and scientific events
  • Conducting market analysis to uncover trends and opportunities
  • Maintaining CRM accuracy, forecasting demand, and reporting KPIs
  • Supporting customers with technical queries and tailored solutions

What You Bring

You’re a tech-savvy communicator with a passion for innovation and results. Ideally, you have:

  • A degree in industrial engineering, engineering, business administration, or similar
  • Several years of experience in international sales and marketing of high-tech products
  • Familiarity with photonics, lasers, or optics
  • Fluent English (C1 or native) and solid German (B1 or higher)
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to travel internationally
  • A proactive, goal-driven mindset
