Our organization is seeking a skilled Sales Manager to drive sales growth and achieve key performance indicators within their assigned region. This role requires the ability to develop new business opportunities, secure orders, and negotiate annual contracts in close alignment with internal stakeholders.

About You

• A Master's degree in Optics, Electronics, Physics, or a related Engineering discipline is required, combined with 5+ years of proven success in technical sales within an industrial environment.
• Strong technical expertise in electronics, optical materials, and components is essential.
• The ideal candidate will have demonstrated ability to develop strategies, negotiate contracts, and close deals with high-value customers.
• Fluency in English is mandatory, with additional skills in German being a plus.
• A strategic and analytical mindset, comfortable with market analysis, forecasting, and identifying new business opportunities is required.
