Technical Sales Manager(m/f/d)

Our client is a Japanese renowned chemical company, active in various areas. The company is currently looking for a Technical Sales Manager at their Düsseldorf office.

The position offers the possibility to work 100% remote, should you not live in the Düsseldorf area.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive market analyses to identify trends and opportunities and develop and implement sales strategies to market and promote flexo printing plates
• Provide technical support for flexo printing plates and other customer services to customers Europe wide
• Collect and compile macro and micro market data, regulatory information, application details, and customer information
• Daily communication and coordination with the Head office in Japan
• Attending and coordinating national and international business trips (ca. once per week) with colleagues from the Head office to manage client relationships and participate in researches
• Additional tasks to market/promote flexo printing plates as requested by the Head office

Requirements

• Successfully completed studies or training
• Experience with Flexography industry or printing industry
• Technical experience with an interest in sales – Previous sales experience not necessary
• Good user knowledge of MS Office
• Ability to work both independently and in an international team and good communication skills
• Proactive and reliable working style as well as a sense of responsibility

Language Skills

• English: Business level
• German & Japanese: Welcome, but not mandatory
