Technical Salesforce Consultant (m/w/d)

As aTechnical Salesforce Consultant(m/f/d) , you’ll design and implement scalable, high-performance solutions on the Salesforce platform. You’ll take ownership of the technical delivery of complex requirements and shape sustainable system architectures — working closely with both internal and client teams.

Your mission

• Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions — from architecture and development to go-live
• Developcustom componentsusing Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows and perform code review
• Advise business and functional stakeholderson technical possibilities, platform limitations, and best practices
• Design and implement integrations, interfaces, and technical architectures
• Collaborate closely with project managers and client teams, contributing your technical perspective to architectural and implementation decisions

Your profile

• Proven experience of 1-3 yearsin a consulting firm or in industry-focused CRM projects
• Proven experience in technical solution design
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture, data modeling, and security concepts
• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce development (e.g., Apex, LWC, Flows, integrations)
• Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to solving complex technical challenges
• Experience in creating technical designs and solution documentation, including support with user story creation
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and environment management strategies
• Must have Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I, Administrator, Sales Cloud/Service Cloud Consultant)
• Additional Salesforce certifications considered a plus (Platform Developer II, Sharing and Visibility Architect, Data Architect, Integration Architect, Development Lifecycle and Deployment Architect, Identity and Access Management Architect)
• High sense of ownership, team spirit, and a passion for continuous learning and improvement
• Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus)
