We are looking for a TechnicalService Manager for our European TechCenter in Puchheim (Munich). On thisposition you are responsible for an efficient technical services deliveryacross Europe. Your team consists of the Technical Services and Helpdesk team.

Your mission is to ensure customers unlock the full potential of theirinvestments through proactive service delivery, technical expertise, and a seamless digital experience. You’ll champion process optimization, leadstrategic projects, and foster strong customer relationships while guiding yourteam toward continuous improvement and transformation. This role is aboutimpact—empowering customers, inspiring your team, and advancing a digital-firstservice journey that sets new standards in customer value.
Some of what you will be doing:
- You ensure thatall technical services are conductedefficiently and with high GM both on German and European level.
- Efficient Projectmanagement and E2E delivery of technical solutions projects and logicalhandover to customer success management. Ensure smooth onboarding, support,project management of our key customers.
- Drive the Technicalteam towards more digital delivery. Ensure that we promote and drive technical digitalization of servicesacross our customer touchpoints and engage closely with TMs when relevant.
- Drive thetransformation of the tech center by enhancing capabilities, digitalization andusage of data within our processes and services.
- Build strong andfuture oriented relationships with our customers and strong internalcollaboration within Laerdal units.
- Manage relevant 3rdparty technical providers such as AV providers. Ensure aligned and costefficient partnerships. Ensure that partners are fully trained on Laerdalrequirements and understands our portfolio.
- Ensure thatdistributors are fully trained from a technical perspective and productportfolio requirements. Create good collaboration with distributors related tocustomer installations.
- Ensure high customersatisfaction and retention by continuously identifying and act on opportunitiesfor improvement.
Who we envision would fit the role:
- You have 5-8years of relevant workingexperience withinService Delivery,technicalorrelevant fields within customer facingfields.
- In addition you bring 2+ years relevant management experience with you.
- You have experience with variousDigitaltools,evolving technologies & marketing/customer preferences.
- High levelunderstanding of ITand systemarchitecture.
- Businessacumen, commercial mindsetand experiencewith P&L ownership.
- Strong Commercialand analytical skills.
- Experience from Digitaltransformationandchange management.
- Deep experience with Laerdal products and Services or closely relatedproductand services.
