Technical Services Engineer DACH

As our new Technical Services Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting our sales team and customers across Germany. Your responsibilities include:

• Providing expert technical support to our German sales team and customers.
• Managing technical complaints and offering practical, customer-focused solutions for product and installation-related issues.
• Organizing and delivering training sessions for internal teams and external partners.
• Offering hands‑on technical assistance for Unilin flooring products and accessories to our sales representatives, customers, and their clients.
• Acting as a vital link between the German team and our technical experts in Belgium.
• Supporting trade fairs and industry events. #LI-MD1

Who are you?

We’re looking for someone who brings both technical expertise and a customer‑first mindset:

• Solid technical background in construction, ideally as a floor installer, interior decorator, carpenter, or similar.
• Residing in the Hannover – Düsseldorf – Kassel – Frankfurt area.
• Willing and able to travel frequently to customer locations all across Germany and occasionally to our Belgian headquarters.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for customer service.
• Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, and well‑organized.
• A true team player.
• Proficient in English and skilled in MS Office apps.
