Key Responsibilities

Lead the team of technical support and warranty management.
Ensure the technical support and warranty process supports the network, including managing technical dealer tickets, troubleshooting on site, providing process training, and ensuring best-in-class customer satisfaction.
Plan and organize regular dealer visits, meetings, workshops, and other activities with regional partners; be responsible for after-sales project development, execution, and assessment.
Manage local level 2 technical support (Field Engineers).
Create and hold online training sessions, support creation of e-learning, webinars, and tutorial videos.
Work closely with the quality department and R&D department.
Ensure on-site support during product launches, fairs, and other events where product support is required; secure AS support for insurance rating projects.
Actively manage all required performance, quality, and warranty KPIs.
Manage the entire warranty process from pre-approvals to final invoice settlement and audit process.

Qualifications

Strong automotive technical and warranty management background.
Minimum bachelor’s degree in a technical/engineering field.
10+ years of experience in a similar role in automotive/E-mobility within importer, OEM, or related industries.
Organized with communication skills and an understanding of cultural and regulatory differences; self-learning ability to discover and solve problems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and Chinese; professional English proficiency is required.
High-level attention to detail, time management, and accuracy; proficient in PowerPoint and presentation skills.
Must hold a valid driver’s license for the EU and be eligible to work in Europe.
