We are looking for a Technical Support Coordinator (m/w/d) to strengthen our Marine Foundations Technical Support team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of technical assistance for our field service and ensure the smooth processing of all incoming equipment reports.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Act as first level technical support for the field service and clients solving issues with the Menck equipment.
• Assist coordinating the direct support provided by various departments to field service reps and customers on technical matters.
• Systematic recording, initial assessment and resolution or escalation of technical issues in ongoing projects.
• Manage all incoming technical reporting (e.g. GoFormz) by creating service reports and putting them into the system for further use by other teams of the business line.
• Manage all incoming equipment data (e.g. ram data, logs, error codes, etc.) and putting that data into the system for further use by other teams of the business line.
• Enhance the quality of the delivered off- and onshore services by the field representatives.
• Carry out a structured project briefing/debriefing system with live system updates.
• Coordinate with Design/Application Engineering, Repair & Maintenance and QHSE the documentation of the resolution of technical anomalies.
• Assist organising the historical service reports and project documentation in a way that fosters data analysis.

Requirements

• Preferably on hands experience with Menck equipment.
• Strong technical problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex issues under pressure.
• IT affinity, with experience using Microsoft systems like NAV and/or Business Central, SharePoint and Teams.
• Continuous professional development of technical skills regarding our own equipment by regularly going to the yards and helping servicing equipment and going offshore – especially when related to new equipment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays when having emergencies in accordance with the applicable works agreements.
• Proficiency in English and, preferably but not essential, German (spoken and written).
• Drive for continuous improvement.
