Remote Job | Fluent German Speaker Client OverviewWe're supporting a leading UK-based manufacturer of sensor technology for industrial manufacturing processes. Their systems are installed globally across process industries, and they’re now looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join their close-knit, expert team. Job ResponsibilitiesProvide technical to customers, resellers, and integrators.Visiting customer sites in internationally to test and evaluate sensor performance.Conducting product testing, materials analysis, and system integration to ensure application suitability.Assisting in the development of installation procedures, technical guides, and training documentation.Run training sessions and supporting product demonstrations both remotely and in person.Feedback valuable insight to the internal R&D team on performance and product improvements. Skill RequiredA background in industrial machinery and/or manufacturing, process instrumentation, or sensor/control systems.Degree, HND, or Level 5 Apprenticeship in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems, or related field.Able to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.Professional, and confident in both written and verbal communication.Comfortable visiting customer sites and adapting to varied environments.Experience writing technical documentation, user guides, or knowledge base content.Full Clean Driving Licence.
