As Autel Energy continues its expansion across Europe’s EV charging market, we are looking for an experienced and structured FAE – DACH professional to join our team in Düsseldorf or Munich, Germany.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the regional technical lead for AC and DC charging systems in internal discussions
• Coordinate with global product and engineering teams to resolve issues and clarify specifications
• Support technical diagnostics, product validation, and configuration activities
• Interpret customer requirements and support internal teams with technical assessments
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements
• Contribute to product feedback loops and drive local adaptation requirements
• Ensure clear communication of technical matters across internal teams

What We’re Looking For

Hard Skills

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, Vehicle Technology, IT, or related field
• Solid knowledge of EV charging systems, protocols (OCPP, Modbus, TCP/IP), and power systems
• Hands-on experience in technical support, applications engineering, or working closely with R&D
• Confident handling of technical documentation and system diagnostics
• Fluent in German, English, and Mandarin Chinese (mandatory)

• Excellent communication in cross-functional and international teams
