The Technical Services representative is responsible for responding to technical product requirements of the customer. Working in tandem with Regional Sales Managers to provide technical support to new and existing customers. Responsible for technical reports, product samples, and presenting technical analysis.
Plan and modify product configurations to meet customer needs. Conduct customer trials. Evaluate and qualify alternative pigment suppliers, manage recipes for Blacks, Additives, TiO2, alternative RMs, and other qualifications as needed.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure contract requirements are met, including needs assessment, quality standards, and customer satisfaction evaluation.
Identify quality control issues and provide resolutions. Increase customer relationships through continuous interaction and visits.
Create and develop technical reports, ensuring finished product analysis is complete. Maintain a thorough understanding of process and technical requirements.
Consult with customers, sales, and product management to assess product and equipment needs, determine technical requirements, and promote product sales. Work closely with customer service to fulfill requirements.
Secure and renew orders, arrange delivery of samples, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, MSDS, DS, CONEG). Process necessary paperwork and compliance coding.
