Overview

Technical Support Specialist – Luxury Automotive Brand (Confidential) - Munich. We are seeking Technical Support Specialists to provide technical assistance for a luxury automotive brand. This role requires strong technical interest/knowledge (training will be provided), excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues efficiently
• Support on-site operations when required (NB: traveling to Nurnberg weekly)
• Maintain accurate documentation of support activities and solutions
• Offer guidance and assistance to colleagues and clients regarding technical inquiries

Requirements

• Fluent in German (spoken and written), min. C1 level
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel weekly from Munich to Nurnberg
• Strong technical expertise; support experience is a plus but not mandatory
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
