YOUR TASK:

• Provides technical support for customer labs,
including pre- sales presentations, product
demonstrations and technical seminars
• Involved in experimental design, assay
design and data analysis
• Analyzes data to overcome technical
obstacles and monitor market trends
• Monitors appropriate food and beverage
market segments
• Acts as a relay between customers and
maintenance and service
• Conduct Product training at customer site or
Hygiena® facility in Germany
• Participates sales meetings in EMEA region
• Travel within EMEA region outside main
territories

YOUR PROFILE:

• Bachelor’s / Masters / PhD degree in Life
Sciences (Biology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Food
Microbiology) or related field
• Minimum of 4 years of B2B sales or technical support experience
• Ability and aptitude to work with and maintain fine scientific instrumentation
• Good numeracy skills and ability to conduct
detailed data analysis
• Confident with MS office applications
• Customer Champion mentality
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to connect quickly
• A can-do attitude and ability to adjust and act
quickly when the need arises
• Strong verbal (oral and written) and presentation skills in English & German
• 70% travel within EMEA region outside main
