Responsibilities

  • First point of contact for technical queries from customers, Customer Success, and Account Management.
  • Analyze, scope, and explain problems so they are fully understandable.
  • Support web integrations using HTML, JavaScript, and APIs.
  • Create simple examples, short explanations, or how‑to content for API questions.
  • Process support tickets in a structured way; clean tickets help the entire team.
  • Collaborate closely with other teams and ensure technical topics are well received.

Qualifications

  • Interest in technical topics, web technologies, and digital products.
  • Enthusiasm for understanding relationships and developing sustainable solutions together.
  • Ability to convey complex content understandably without technical jargon.
  • Basic experience with HTML, JavaScript, or APIs is an advantage; willingness to learn is decisive.
  • Motivation to dive into web implementations and technical relationships.
  • Openness toward new technologies such as AI tools and chatbots.
  • Team‑oriented communication between customers, support, and development.
  • Excellent German and good English in written and spoken form.

Recruiting Process
