Technical Training Engineer, Energy Storage

• Deliver technical training to service partners and OEMs to enhance their technical expertise and product knowledge.
• Develop and continuously improve training materials in alignment with business needs and product updates.
• Conduct business meetings with clients to identify their training requirements and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Summarize field technical experience and convert it into standardized technical documentation, such as SOPs and troubleshooting case studies.

Job Requirements

• Solid foundational knowledge of power batteries and a good understanding of electrical principles.
• Proficient in using common tools and diagnostic equipment, including multimeters, insulation testers, oscilloscopes, etc.
• 3+ years of technical work experience in energy industry, or high-voltage battery maintenance fields.
• High integrity, strong teamwork skills, excellent learning ability, and self-motivated.
