Technical Writer (German) – 3D Printing

Our Wiki and Academy are a fundamental part of our ecosystem, serving as valuable resources for our community. To take it to the next level by improving the information contained within, we are seeking a Technical Writer with a deep passion for 3D printing and exceptional technical writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Create technical articles and documentation that provide clear and in-depth information on Bambu Lab 3D printers and services.
• Translate complex technical information into user-friendly, accessible content.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and engineering teams to gather accurate, up-to-date information.
• Ensure all content is well-organized, detailed, and maintains the highest quality standards.
• Produce content in English with impeccable spelling, punctuation, and technical accuracy.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of our Wiki and Academy knowledge base.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in 3D printing or other smart hardware product documentation.
• A strong understanding of how 3D printing works and a deep passion for the technology.
• Exceptional technical writing skills with the ability to make complex topics easy to understand.
• Proven ability to create high-quality technical documentation which is easy to understand by everyone.
• Keen attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in content creation.
• Practical experience with 3D printer troubleshooting and repair is a plus.
• Native-level proficiency in German and strong proficiency in English required., with an open-minded attitude and ability to communicate effectively across cultures.
