Responsibilities

• Planning and execution of lab work for the development of debondable products for the automotive industry to enable circularity and improve sustainability
• Record, organize and communicate results/data from experiments and testing in accordance with quality standards
• Provide technical support to customers and analyze results after product release
• Ensure adherence to all applicable environmental, health and safety regulations, standards and policies
• Support manufacturing to ensure new products meet all quality criteria
• Attend or present technical work at business meetings and conferences

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in chemistry, polymer chemistry, material science or related field
• Experience in the development of adhesives, coatings, sealants or related products, ideally in the automotive industry
• Hands‑on mentality with a strong affinity for lab work
• Persistence and resilience in driving new technologies to market readiness
• Fluent in English, German is a plus
