Purpose of the role
- EMR technical support for multidisciplinary PME projects
- Technical execution of pure EMR retrofit and expansion projects
- Coordination of approvals (TÜV/TAS) and IBN for EMR facilities
- Support with modifications
Key responsibilities
- Contribute to MOC, HAZOP, SIKO, LOPA, and SRS discussions
- Cost determination and authorization of EMR projects
- Select measurement principles / actuation / sensing
- Specification + enquiries + TBT + technical clarification + commissioning via SAP + FAT/SAT for EMR hardware/software, planning services, documentation
- Specification EMR portion P.U. + TBT + technical clarification including PLS/SSPS interface
- Review/approval of planning documents / supplier documentation
- Ensure timely processing of EMR planning services
- Support development of automation solutions and initiate realization in PLC or SSPS including FAT/SAT/IBN
- Specification + enquiries + commissioning EMR mounting services
- Requests + TBT + commissioning of TÜV/TAS tests including documentation handling
- EMR mounting supervision and support for IBN
- Electrical technician per project for assigned measures
- Support OIH in fault analysis / operating disturbances within projects
- Project controlling, budget control, and invoice checking
Education and experience
- Technical diploma or technician in Electrical, Measurement and Control Technology
- 5 years of relevant experience in EMR
Required qualifications
- Comprehensive EMR-technical knowledge and process engineering basics
- General knowledge of Ex protection and SIL
- Knowledge of UPS systems
- Familiarity with Siemens PCS7 and PLS80E control systems
- Basic knowledge of HIMA SSPS
- Team player
