Technology Workstream Lead Finance

Job Summary

The Technology Workstream Lead for the STEP Transformation Program oversees the integration and implementation of new technologies within the initiative, ensuring alignment with program and business objectives, delivering high‑quality results and driving transformation.

The role specifically owns Financial Accounting, Planning & Forecasting, Consolidation & Reporting, Tax Management, Travel & Expense Management, Treasury Management – accountable for delivering all technology solutions across the finance value chain.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Leadership & Strategy: develop and execute strategies that align with STEP goals.
• Technology Integration: oversee integration of multiple technologies ensuring interoperability and performance.
• Project Management: manage timelines, resources, budgets and deliver milestones on time.
• Stakeholder Engagement: collaborate with business, cross‑functional teams, senior management to communicate status, risks and decisions.
• Risk Management: identify and mitigate risks proactively.
• Quality Assurance: ensure solutions meet quality, reliability, security standards and regulatory requirements.
• Change Management: drive adoption of new technologies and processes.
• Continuous Improvement: promote continuous improvement, identify enhancements and optimize processes.
• Delivery Collaboration: drive delivery in partnership with business, Tech CoEs and factories.

Minimum Requirements

Experience

• Technical expertise in transformation programs with a proven track record.
• Platforms such as SAP (S4 HANA, Analytics Cloud, etc.) and related tools; strong leadership to inspire cross‑functional teams.
• Project management proficiency with large‑scale technology projects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical, problem‑solving, and proactive approach.
• Stakeholder management experience at all organizational levels.
• Change management knowledge and experience.
• Quality assurance understanding and commitment.
• Regulatory compliance familiarity relevant to pharmaceuticals.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.
