Temporary Community Development Manager

Under the direction of the District Services Manager, the Community Development Manager (CDM) is responsible to initiate and lead new community service initiatives and programs. These initiatives may include the development and implementation of respite services, children’s services, early intervention, community-based residential services, facility closure initiatives, retirement programs, employment program developments and other models of services within Karis Disability Services.

The Community Development Manager will support and adhere to Karis Disability Services Strategic plan growth goals and priorities. The Community Development Manager embraces the Christian Faith Foundation of the organization; ensures the Christian ethos and the Values, Vision and Mission permeate their job responsibilities; and personally commits to the expectations as outlined in the Statement of Faith.
