Responsibilities

• Fill open requisitions quickly through full‑cycle recruiting, meeting goals and defined KPIs.
• Creatively source candidates using proven methods and experimenting with new approaches.
• Partner with hiring managers to adopt a holistic recruiting approach, continuously improve processes and ensure training on best practices.
• Consistently use the ATS and follow defined processes to capture accurate and timely data.
• Own high‑impact areas and special projects to improve overall recruiting impact and outcomes.

Qualifications

• University degree or vocational training in a commercial field or equivalent.
• Proven recruiting experience, preferably with international positions.
• Strong client‑relationship, negotiation and consulting skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently.
• Experience coaching interview techniques and facilitating recruitment strategy meetings.
• Fluent in German and English.
