YOUR TASKS

Provide technical support for the Construction and Project Management departments

Support the Tender Management team with crane and installation processes by preparing documentation and technical input during the tender phase

Analyze crane operations and site layouts to support project planning and execution

Review lifting plans and develop crane strategies

Prepare and maintain KPI reports for performance monitoring

Manage technical documentation, including manuals, updates, and change management

YOUR PROFILE

Careful and precise working style in documentation, reporting, and administrative processes

Efficient prioritization and ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel

Strong team orientation and flexibility when working with varying requirements and diverse stakeholders

Structured approach to solving logistical and administrative challenges

Solid technical understanding of crane capacities, crane operations, and site / equipment planning

Experience supporting tender processes, including documentation, data preparation, and compliance with formal requirements

Confident handling of contracts, permits, and other project‑related documentation

Strong organizational skills, particularly in scheduling, meeting coordination, and file management

Proficient use of relevant software tools, including Microsoft Office, project management tools, and CAD / LICCON applications for layout review

Clear and effective communication with internal departments, suppliers, contractors, and other partners

English language skills at B2 level or higher

Willingness to travel : You are ready to travel and work flexibly on‑site according to project requirements.
