Our client, an internationally leading, publicly listed technology company from the automotive sector, is building up its defence division as an independent business unit and is specifically adapting existing software-defined platforms for safety-critical defence applications.

From day one, you will be part of the team and actively contribute, both professionally and structurally, to shaping the development of this business area.

Working model: Hybrid (3 days on-site).

Locations: Ingolstadt, Regensburg, and Frankfurt am Main

Aufgaben

• Coordination of national and international defence tenders in close collaboration with Sales, Engineering, Legal, Finance, and Project Management
• Analysis and evaluation of tenders with regard to feasibility, compliance, and portfolio fit
• Ensuring governance and compliance, including internal processes, quality standards, and export control requirements
• Central consolidation and provision of all tender-relevant data across departments
• Management of procurement portals and tender frameworks to provide structured support to the sales organization

Qualifikation

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a comparable field
• At least 5 years of professional experience in tender management within the defence or aerospace industry
• Very good knowledge of export control regulations and relevant compliance requirements
• Business-fluent English; German skills are an advantage
• High level of attention to detail and the ability to work in a structured manner under tight deadlines
• Confident handling of MS Office as well as tender management tools
