BBIS has an opening for a Tentative - 1-1 School Assistant - Primary School (f/m/d)
Part-Time: 32,5 Hours per Week
Start date: 01. January 2025
Limited initially until 31st July 2025
Your Responsibilities Include The Following Activities

To ensure a primary school student with identified social, emotional, behavioural and learning needs has access to the IB PYP curriculum through the provision of in-class support
To work collaboratively with mainstream colleagues to provide appropriate student support and the necessary program modifications and classroom accommodations
Track and report student progress against identified academic, social, emotional or behavioural targets
Collaborating with mainstream teachers and departmental colleagues for student success

YOUR QUALIFICATION

Educated to degree level
A ‘Special Needs’ qualification preferable
Relevant experience working with students with learning needs in a mainstream environment
Confident, self-motivated and with great people skills
Experience of collaborating and working in teams
Commitment to safeguarding students and young people
