Responsibilities

Develop and lead a research group focused on “Modern drug formulations for targeting pro‑ and eukaryotic cells,” with an emphasis on RNA delivery and nanoformulations.
Publish high‑impact research and secure third‑party funding.
Teach modern pharmaceutical technology courses and interdisciplinary classes, including those in English.
Participate actively in research networks, initiatives of the Department of Pharmacy, and the broader Philipps University Marburg community.
Advise students and doctoral candidates; demonstrate a strong presence in the university community.

Qualifications

University degree in biosciences or natural sciences, ideally pharmacy, with a license to practice as a pharmacist.
Outstanding doctorate in pharmaceutical technology or a related field.
Experience in securing third‑party research funding (desirable).
Pedagogical aptitude for teaching and supervising.
Compliance with German civil service law (Hess.HG) regarding tenure track positions.
