Your contribution to success:

  • You drive the growth and margin expansion of our digital portfolio Spark Clear Aligners, as well as the classic “Bracket & Wire” solutions
  • You build strong, trust-based relationships with existing customers and passionately acquire new ones
  • You inspire doctors and practice staff with your knowledge and stay up-to-date with the latest trends
  • You organize inspiring events and webinars to drive demand
  • You develop sales strategies, analyze the market, and identify new growth opportunities
  • You contribute your ideas to product management and systematically maintain your sales opportunities in the CRM

Job Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of successful sales experience
  • Ideally in medical technology or the healthcare industry
  • Fluent in both German and English
  • High willingness to travel
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, self‑reliance, and team spirit
  • Digital mindset and expertise to support our customers on their digital journey

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, dental technician training with business knowledge, or a convincing sales personality
