Stellenbeschreibung:

  • Lead and manage all sales activities within the DACH territory to achieve revenue, growth, and market penetration objectives.
  • Develop, maintain, and strengthen relationships with distributors, dealers, and key end users within the construction sector.
  • Execute territory-specific business plans in collaboration with the Europe Sales Manager, aligned with broader European sales strategy.
  • Represent Spectra Precision at industry events, trade shows, customer demonstrations, and on-site visits to promote product awareness and adoption.
  • Support dealer and customer training initiatives, providing hands-on product demonstrations and application-focused education.
  • Act as a technical resource for customers and channel partners, providing product expertise and application guidance as required.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback, and communicate insights to internal stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.
  • Manage territory forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and CRM activities to ensure accurate pipeline visibility and planning.
  • Ensure consistent adherence to Spectra Precision’s quality, service, and operational standards across the region.
  • Promote company values and contribute to a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
