Test Definition Engineer (m/f/d) - Starlab for Airbus

For our renowned customer Airbus Defence and Space, we are looking for a Test Definition Engineer (m/f/d) in temporary employment as soon as possible.

Your tasks:

• Responsibility for the planning and definition of required tests for the Starlab space station
• Representation of the Station Engineering for all test activities in Program Reviews
• Responsibility of test activities (definition, planning, etc.) for Program Reviews, Engineering Review Boards, Risk Control Boards
• Preparation of inputs to system schedule
• Coordination of technical documentation, trades, and analyses for Station topics
• Status reporting to the Starlab Lead Station Engineer

Your profile:

• Completed studies in engineering, aerospace, or a comparable qualification
• More than three years of professional experience in the aerospace sector, preferably with a focus on manned systems/station elements
• Knowledge of spacecraft systems and subsystems architectures and design
• Fluent in English
• Additional languages are a plus
