TEST DESIGNER (m/f/d)

This sounds exciting!

Do you hold an IT degree or equivalent qualification and have solid experience in designing structured test cases? Are you familiar with established test design techniques such as equivalence partitioning, boundary value analysis, decision tables, and state transitions? Do you have a keen eye for reusable, well-structured test cases and the ability to design both functional and non-functional scenarios efficiently? Are you someone who brings precision, analytical thinking, and a high awareness of quality to your team?

If so, we’d love to hear from you!

Are you at the beginning of your professional career? We are always on the lookout for new talents and would be delighted to receive your on-spec application!

We are a friendly technical and support team made up of easy-going people from over 35 nations. Working out of our Green Building in Bad Iburg, Germany, we develop, test, and implement exciting ideas. By the way, what is your level of English?

  • "I love it!"
  • "English is not really my strong point."

With us, you can go all out.

Responsibilities:

  • As a Test Designer, you will be responsible for creating systematic and maintainable test cases based on specifications, requirements, and use cases. You will model complex test scenarios that support automation and manual execution, ensuring consistency, coverage, and reusability.
  • You will also prepare suitable test data, considering data protection and completeness. Ensuring the availability of required test environments and documenting test cases and data in our management tools will be part of your daily routine.
  • Together with your colleagues in QA and Development, you will continuously optimize our test design process and contribute to a robust and future-proof test strategy.

We offer in-house language courses taught by certified instructors so you can quickly improve your English skills.
