What you can expect

• You are responsible for the design and implementation of our automated integration test landscape.
• You standardise our QA process, coordinate with cross-functional teams and put this standardisation into practice.
• You can create and implement reusable components that can be used in our application landscape.
• You act as a test evangelist and establish best practices and processes to raise our quality to a new level.
• You will also be responsible for quality assurance in agile and classic process models, from the review of requirements and test design to test planning and execution.
• You will work closely with the development teams by communicating and collecting test integration requirements from other teams.

What makes you stand out

• You have many years of experience as a developer with a focus on writing automated integration tests and expertise in defining test strategies (TDD, BDD, risk-based testing).
• You are able to identify integration scenarios, write automated integration unit tests and integrate them into a CI/CD pipeline (Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
• In addition, you ideally have experience in implementing load test scenarios, have used tools such as WebLOAD, JMeter and have knowledge of a cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• You are experienced in the use of tools for acceptance tests (e.g. Selenium, Ranorex, Cucumber, Cypress) and the use of development-related test frameworks (e.g. JUnit, Arquillian).
• You are proficient in Java and TypeScript, know the common pitfalls and are able to recognise them with your automated tests.
• You love containers, messaging systems (Kafka), can implement test scenarios in this context and are interested in using your skills to write automated integration tests for our extensive application landscape.
• Your high analytical and conceptual skills as well as a feeling for the individual needs of our customers characterise you.
• Your very good command of English and business fluent German round off your profile.
