The Power of 4 – Your Gap Year Program 2026

The transition from a bachelor’s to a master’s degree is the ideal time to take on intellectual challenges, gain diverse expertise and further develop yourself personally. During “The Power of 4 – Your Gap Year Program” you can get started in several industries and gain valuable practical experience! We are looking for outstanding German-speaking university students of all fields who will finish their bachelor's by mid-2026 and plan to take up a master's course the following year.

Please apply by December 7, 2025 with your complete application documents: CV, cover letter, high school diploma, as well as university and employment certificates. For office preferences, you can indicate your preferred locations in Germany, Austria or Switzerland.
