TikTok Shop Manager (Germany)

We are scaling aggressively on TikTok Shop Germany and are building a dedicated social commerce growth team.

Role Description

We are looking for a results-driven Senior TikTok Shop & Creator Partnerships Manager whose primary responsibility is to identify, recruit, and scale high-GMV creators on TikTok Shop Germany.

This role is not purely operational but it is revenue-driven.

You will be responsible for sourcing top-performing TikTok creators, initiating direct outreach, negotiating collaborations, onboarding them into our affiliate ecosystem, and actively managing performance to drive measurable GMV growth.

In addition, you will oversee the TikTok Shop performance structure to ensure creators are properly briefed, optimized, and continuously scaling.

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Frankfurt am Main (office + remote).

Key Responsibilities

Creator Acquisition & Revenue Growth (Core Focus)

• Identify and analyze high-GMV TikTok creators within beauty & skincare
• Proactively reach out via TikTok, email, and other channels
• Negotiate affiliate terms and collaboration structures
• Onboard creators into TikTok Shop affiliate programs
• Provide clear product briefings and performance guidelines
• Track GMV performance and optimize creator portfolios

Performance & Scaling

• Develop strategies to increase affiliate-driven GMV
• Analyze creator-level performance data and adjust strategy
• Collaborate with paid media team to boost high-performing creator content
• Continuously test new acquisition angles for top-tier creators

TikTok Shop Management

• Oversee store performance and listing optimization
• Ensure seamless customer journey and operational alignment

Qualifications

• Proven experience in TikTok Shop, affiliate marketing, or influencer performance marketing
• Strong track record in acquiring and managing high-performing creators
• Revenue-driven mindset (experience with GMV targets preferred)
• Negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Analytical ability to evaluate creator performance data
• Fluent in German and English
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment
