TikTok Shop - Strategic Partnership Manager

Responsibilities

The E-commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated.

With millions of loyal users globally, we believe TikTok is an ideal platform to deliver a brand new and better E-commerce experience to our users. This role is based in our Munich or Düsseldorf office.

• Identify and engage with Our Company's multipliers (Amazon agencies, GBS agencies, logistics and eCom software providers, performance marketing agencies, selected associations, etc.).
• Pitch a clear, repeatable value proposition for why it makes sense for them to bring sellers to TikTok Shop—without needing to turn all of those agencies into full TSPs.
• Design scalable partner motions (e.g. referral or incentive concepts).
• Generate and qualify warm seller leads and hand them over to AMs for onboarding and account ownership.
• Keep focus quarterly based on category or assortment gaps (e.g. Fashion), aligned with Cat Leads and BP&O.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years experience in e-commerce operations or e-commerce strategy.
• Analytical, data driven, structured thinking and goal oriented.
• Ability to articulate thesis and strategies independently.
• Proficiency in English is required to communicate with stakeholder.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Understanding of content-based e-commerce is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial and collaborative. Ability to drive successful projects with a wide range of cross-functional teams.
• Quick learner, proactive and resilient. Ability to cope well under pressure and thrive in ambiguous environments.
