A Global Journey Rooted in Passion

Originally from Munich, Germany, Till’s love for travel and hospitality began during his upbringing in Nairobi, Kenya. This early exposure to diverse cultures inspired him to pursue a degree in Hospitality Management at Swiss Hotel Management School (SHL) Lucerne . His professional journey with Four Seasons started in Paris at the legendary George V, where he interned in food and beverage before joining full-time in 2005.

Since then, Till’s career has taken him across 12 countries, with key roles in Syria, Czech Republic, Canada, Mexico, and Egypt . He played instrumental roles in opening signature dining concepts, leading large-scale hotel operations, and ensuring impeccable guest experiences. From launching the flagship Four Seasons Hotel Toronto to shaping operations in Punta Mita, Alexandria, and Cairo, his track record reflects a commitment to excellence.

Leadership Built on Empathy and Excellence

Till is known among colleagues and guests alike for his approachable demeanor, calmness under pressure, and dedication to embodying the Four Seasons’ values. Fluent in German, English, Spanish , and conversational in French and Arabic , he exemplifies the global spirit of modern hospitality. Beyond his professional expertise, Till enjoys cooking, traveling, and family life with his wife Julia, their children Sophia and Leo, and their two dogs, Otto and Eddy.
