What You’ll Do On a Typical Day

  • Engage and address clearly identified projects that need specific solutions, either due to their peculiarity or the volume to be supplied, for shuttering and/or scaffolding.
  • Follow‑up of the tender, submission and quote project of the customer’s order.
  • Build up and maintain strong relationships with customers and jobsite teams, to ensure the successful process from offer to cash.
  • Comply with and support the strategy defined by the Sales Manager, ensuring the achievement of defined goals.
  • Maintain market presence and knowledge of complex projects in a tender stage.
  • Conduct regular competitive market research for potential projects, stay up‑to‑date on innovations and unique solutions from the competition, and know the specific projects of the competition.
  • Identify, engage and address specific projects, offering products and solutions, highlighting the differentiated technical components and achieving the customer’s conviction that PERI has great competence in Project Sales. Provide an optimal solution to any technical doubts the customer may have.
  • Have in‑depth knowledge of both the technical features and applications of the assigned special products.
  • Prepare the best solution for the customer (combination of technique, services, products and price). Lead the implementation of the quotes using the technical resources of the Company efficiently.
  • Lead meetings with the customer’s officers, including contract negotiation.
  • Ensure the complete, adequate and timely delivery of quotes, contracts and all vital information to other departments.
  • Coordinate and initiate communication with all other departments relating to unique projects, ensuring that they are executed correctly (project management).
  • Ensure maximum precision of the quote at the beginning to avoid additional work during submission, order processing and commission settlement.
  • Actively cooperate with claims management to ensure compliance with payment terms.
