The Total Rewards Systems Manager will play a pivotal role in enhancing theend user experienceacross all Total Rewards systems. This role ensures seamless integration, consistent data management, and a unified user interface across platforms such asSuccessFactors, EC Payrolls, Payscale, Equus, Payanalytics, and the Long-Term Incentive database. The incumbent will be a key partner to Global Business Services and IT and collaborate closely with local Total Rewards (TR) Centers of Expertise (COEs) and Global Solution Owners.
