We are a beauty start‑up founded in 2020, located in the heart of Berlin. Our team of over one hundred and twenty brilliant professionals has brought Yepoda’s story to life across the globe. We are looking for a Trade Marketing Manager or Trade Brand Manager to develop and execute strategies that strengthen Yepoda’s brand presence within the trade and B2B environment. The role focuses on brand alignment, consistency across retail touchpoints, and support of impactful launches, merchandising, and activations, especially with key partners such as Sephora.
Responsibilities
- Position the brand effectively within the retail space.
- Develop strategies for product launches, promotions and merchandising to ensure the brand stands out in store.
- Collaborate with Key Account Managers to build and execute trade marketing campaigns and activations tailored to retailers and distributors.
- Work closely with the in‑house Creative team on in‑store displays, visual merchandising and point‑of‑sale materials.
- Support the sales team with tools, guidelines and information that help drive brand performance in store.
- Ensure consistent and compelling brand messaging and positioning across all trade touchpoints.
- Assist with product and brand training for retail staff to support knowledge and advocacy.
- Conduct market research to understand consumer behaviour, competitor actions and market conditions.
- Report on the performance of trade marketing initiatives and recommend improvements.
Qualifications
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Background in marketing, brand management, trade marketing or experience working in beauty retail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and a professional, calm approach.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Creative thinker with a passion for creating memorable brand experiences.
- Fluent in English and French; other European languages are a plus.
